Main door unlock at 0500 hours and lock up at 2100 hours from Monday to Friday. Hours the same for the tunnel at both ends.

Staff card access will allow staff to enter the building after hours at all exterior doors

Parkade for use by EC patients and AHS staff.
As of Sept 2012, wireless guest access is still being worked on by AHS. Process in the future will be that each clinic will have a password that can be given to guests upom request and will allow them to have access to the wireless until midnight of that the day.

Emergency Phones (Orange)

For chemical spills, it is the responsibility of the department to clean up, contain and then notify EVS.
Recycle receptors are as follows:
- Large grey bin with blue lid is a recycle bin, these bins will be unlocked so they are not to be confused as a confidential receptacle
- Green receptacle is used for plastic and garbage
- Blue receptacle is for bottles and cans
- Small blue ones in offices are for recycling

For problems with any IT, please contact your University Usergroup Representative.
If required, the IT representative will contact University AICT (Raymound Dumouchel). He will decide if the issue can be resolved by the University or if the AHS IT needs to be contacted (780-735-4357).

For matters of an urgent basis (e.g. presently affecting patient care and cannot proceed without FM&E help), please let the Help Desk know that it is a “stat” call.
